Ingredients
- 100 g Methi
- 200 g Paneer
- 500 g Onion
- 200 g Dahi
- 200G Adrak Lasun Paste (200g)
- 1Bunch Pudina
- 100 g Coriander Leaves
- 250g Green Chilli
- 250 ml Olive Oil
- 500 g Capsicum Green
- 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
- - Chaat Masala
- - Coriander Powder
- 50g Everest Garam Masala
- 100 g Jeera Powder
- 250 ml Lemon Juice Concentrate
- 100 g Red Chili Powder
- 100 g Salt
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
Instructions
- 1. Wash and chop the methi leaves. In a bowl, mix yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala, red chili powder, turmeric, lemon juice, and salt to prepare the marinade.
- 2. Add methi leaves, paneer cubes, capsicum, onion, and tomato to the marinade. Mix well and let it rest for 20-30 minutes.
- 3. While the vegetables marinate, prepare the mint yogurt dressing by blending mint leaves, coriander leaves, green chili (if using), a pinch of salt, and yogurt until smooth. Set aside.
- 4. Heat olive oil in a grill pan or tawa on medium heat. Add the marinated vegetables and paneer, grilling them for 8-10 minutes until lightly charred and cooked through.
- 5. Warm the whole wheat rotis on a tawa. Spread a layer of mint yogurt dressing on each roti.
- 6. Place the grilled methi tikka mixture in the center of each roti. Sprinkle a pinch of chaat masala for added flavor.
- 7. Roll the rotis tightly to form wraps and serve immediately with additional mint yogurt dressing on the side.
