Ingredients

  • 100 g Methi
  • 200 g Paneer
  • 500 g Onion
  • 200 g Dahi
  • 200G Adrak Lasun Paste (200g)
  • 1Bunch Pudina
  • 100 g Coriander Leaves
  • 250g Green Chilli
  • 250 ml Olive Oil
  • 500 g Capsicum Green
  • 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
  • - Chaat Masala
  • - Coriander Powder
  • 50g Everest Garam Masala
  • 100 g Jeera Powder
  • 250 ml Lemon Juice Concentrate
  • 100 g Red Chili Powder
  • 100 g Salt
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder

Instructions

  1. 1. Wash and chop the methi leaves. In a bowl, mix yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala, red chili powder, turmeric, lemon juice, and salt to prepare the marinade.
  2. 2. Add methi leaves, paneer cubes, capsicum, onion, and tomato to the marinade. Mix well and let it rest for 20-30 minutes.
  3. 3. While the vegetables marinate, prepare the mint yogurt dressing by blending mint leaves, coriander leaves, green chili (if using), a pinch of salt, and yogurt until smooth. Set aside.
  4. 4. Heat olive oil in a grill pan or tawa on medium heat. Add the marinated vegetables and paneer, grilling them for 8-10 minutes until lightly charred and cooked through.
  5. 5. Warm the whole wheat rotis on a tawa. Spread a layer of mint yogurt dressing on each roti.
  6. 6. Place the grilled methi tikka mixture in the center of each roti. Sprinkle a pinch of chaat masala for added flavor.
  7. 7. Roll the rotis tightly to form wraps and serve immediately with additional mint yogurt dressing on the side.
