  • - Malai Paneer
  • 500 g Onion
  • 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
  • 250 g Carrot
  • 250 ml Olive Oil
  • 100 g Lemon
  • 500 g Capsicum Green
  • 100 g Coriander Leaves
  • 50g Everest Garam Masala
  • 50G Green Chilies
  • - Green Peas
  • 100 g Jeera
  • 100 g Red Chili Powder
  • 100 g Salt
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder

Instructions

  1. 1. Heat 2 tbsp of cooking oil on a tawa or flat pan over medium heat and add the cumin seeds; let them splutter for 30 seconds.
  2. 2. Add the finely chopped onions and sauté until golden brown, followed by the green chilies, stirring for 1 minute.
  3. 3. Toss in the chopped tomatoes and cook until they turn soft and mushy, about 3-4 minutes.
  4. 4. Add the grated carrot, capsicum, and green peas, sautéing for 2-3 minutes until slightly tender.
  5. 5. Stir in the turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt, mixing well to coat the vegetables in the spices.
  6. 6. Add the crumbled paneer and mix thoroughly, ensuring it combines evenly with the vegetables; cook for 3-4 minutes.
  7. 7. Sprinkle garam masala and chopped coriander leaves, mixing well, and cook for another 1 minute.
