- 100 g Quinoa
- 500 g Onion
- 200 g Dahi
- - Tandoori Seasoning 50g
- 1 Kg Sarwarpanko Breadcrumbs
- 100 g Coriander Leaves
- 200 ml Mustard Oil
- 50 g Black Pepper Powder
- 500 g Capsicum Green
- 250 g Carrot
- 50 g Cumin Powder
- 100 g Red Chili Powder
- 100 g Salt
- 250 g Spinach
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the quinoa thoroughly and cook it according to the package instructions. Once cooked, let it cool completely.
- 2. In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked quinoa, grated carrot, chopped spinach, bell pepper, and onion.
- 3. Add yogurt, tandoori masala, turmeric powder, red chili powder, cumin powder, salt, and black pepper to the mixture. Mix well to combine.
- 4. Stir in chopped coriander and breadcrumbs to bind the mixture. Adjust the consistency if needed to form patties.
- 5. Shape the mixture into small, round patties, pressing gently to hold their shape.
- 6. Heat oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat. Place the patties in the pan and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy.
- 7. Remove the patties from the pan and place them on a paper towel to drain any excess oil.
