Ingredients

  • 100 g Quinoa
  • 500 g Onion
  • 200 g Dahi
  • - Tandoori Seasoning 50g
  • 1 Kg Sarwarpanko Breadcrumbs
  • 100 g Coriander Leaves
  • 200 ml Mustard Oil
  • 50 g Black Pepper Powder
  • 500 g Capsicum Green
  • 250 g Carrot
  • 50 g Cumin Powder
  • 100 g Red Chili Powder
  • 100 g Salt
  • 250 g Spinach
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder

Instructions

  1. 1. Rinse the quinoa thoroughly and cook it according to the package instructions. Once cooked, let it cool completely.
  2. 2. In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked quinoa, grated carrot, chopped spinach, bell pepper, and onion.
  3. 3. Add yogurt, tandoori masala, turmeric powder, red chili powder, cumin powder, salt, and black pepper to the mixture. Mix well to combine.
  4. 4. Stir in chopped coriander and breadcrumbs to bind the mixture. Adjust the consistency if needed to form patties.
