Ingredients
- 500 Grms Bajra Atta Millets Atta 500 Grms
- 250 g French Beans
- 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
- 100 g Coriander Leaves
- 200 ml Ghee
- 200 g Dahi
- 250 g Carrot
- 50 g Asafoetida Powder
- - Coriander Powder
- 50g Everest Garam Masala
- - Green Peas
- 100 g Jeera
- 100 g Red Chili Powder
- 100 g Salt
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
Instructions
- 1. Wash the millet thoroughly and soak it in water for 30 minutes. Drain and set aside.
- 2. Heat ghee in a deep pan over medium heat and add cumin seeds and asafoetida. Let them sizzle for 30 seconds.
- 3. Add chopped tomatoes and sauté until soft. Stir in turmeric powder, coriander powder, and red chili powder.
- 4. Add the chopped carrots, beans, and peas to the pan. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- 5. Mix in the soaked millet and salt. Pour enough water into the pan to cover the millet and vegetables. Bring to a boil.
- 6. Reduce the heat to low, cover the pan, and cook for 20 minutes or until the millet is fully cooked and fluffy.
- 7. Sprinkle garam masala and garnish with freshly chopped coriander leaves. Stir gently to combine.
- 8. Serve hot with a side of yogurt or fresh salad for a complete meal.
