About this recipe
A bold, spicy, and deeply savory burger that packs a punch. We use lean ground beef (90/10) seasoned with smoked paprika and chipotle, topped with a melted slice of sharp cheddar and fire-charred jalapeños. Instead of a greasy bun, we use a toasted Whole Wheat brioche or Sourdough to provide structure and a nutty finish.
Ingredients
- 100 g Salt
- - Cheese Slices
- 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
- 200 g Dahi
- 120 g Burger Buns

- - Cumin Jeera
- 100 g Hot Sauce

- 1 kg Beef Boneless
- 1 Kg Garlic Powder
Instructions
- 1. Sear the jalapeño slices in a dry pan until charred. Set aside.
- 2. Form the beef into a 1-inch thick patty. Press a small "thumbprint" into the center.

- 5. Serve the Firehouse Cheeseburgers immediately with any additional salad on the side.
