  • 1 Kg Kissan Tomato Puree
  • 100G Oleo
  • 100 g Unsalted Butter
  • 100 g Hing Khoda
  • - Fresh Cream
  • 500 g Sugar
  • 25 g Kasuri Methi
  • 100 g Coriander Leaves
  • - Coriander Powder
  • 50g Everest Garam Masala
  • 100 g Jeera
  • 100 g Jeera Powder
  • 100 g Red Chili Powder
  • 100 g Salt
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder

Instructions

  1. 1. Heat vegetable oil and butter in a deep pan over medium heat. Add cumin seeds and hing, allowing them to sizzle for 30 seconds.
