- 200 g Paneer
- 1 Kg Kissan Tomato Puree
- 100G Oleo
- 100 g Unsalted Butter
- 100 g Hing Khoda
- - Fresh Cream
- 500 g Sugar
- 25 g Kasuri Methi
- 100 g Coriander Leaves
- - Coriander Powder
- 50g Everest Garam Masala
- 100 g Jeera
- 100 g Jeera Powder
- 100 g Red Chili Powder
- 100 g Salt
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
Instructions
- 1. Heat vegetable oil and butter in a deep pan over medium heat. Add cumin seeds and hing, allowing them to sizzle for 30 seconds.
- 2. Stir in the pureed tomatoes, turmeric powder, red chili powder, cumin powder, and coriander powder. Cook for 10-12 minutes until the oil separates from the tomato base.
- 3. Add sugar, salt, and kasuri methi to the mixture. Mix well and cook for another 2 minutes.
- 4. Gently fold the paneer cubes into the gravy, ensuring they are evenly coated. Let them simmer in the sauce for 5 minutes.
- 5. Lower the heat and stir in the fresh cream, ensuring a smooth and creamy consistency. Cook for 2-3 more minutes while stirring occasionally.
- 6. Sprinkle garam masala and garnish with fresh coriander leaves before serving hot with naan or basmati rice.
