Ingredients

  • 1 kg Basmati Rice
  • 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
  • 200 g Feta Cheese
  • 200 ml Sesame Oil
  • 500 g Onion
  • 100 g Garlic
  • medium Chilli Green Long
  • 200 g Table Salt

Instructions

  1. 1. Wash and chop the green chilies into thick slices. Adjust the quantity based on your spice tolerance.
  2. 2. Peel and thinly slice the onions.
  3. 3. Chop the tomatoes into small cubes.
  4. 4. Peel the garlic cloves and mince them finely.
  5. 5. In a pan, heat about 2-3 tablespoons of the Patanjali virgin sesame oil over medium heat.
  6. 6. Add the sliced onions and minced garlic to the pan. Sauté until the onions are translucent.
  7. 7. Add the chopped tomatoes to the pan and cook them until they start to break down and form a sauce.
  8. 8. Add the sliced green chilies to the pan. Stir well and cook for a few minutes until they are slightly softened.
  9. 9. Crumble the Mooz feta cheese into the pan and stir gently to combine with the other ingredients.
  10. 10. Season the mixture with a pinch of Keya Table salt to taste. Mix well and let it cook until the cheese has melted and is well incorporated with the vegetables.
  11. 11. Once the cheese is melted and everything is well mixed, turn off the heat.
