  • 100 g Garlic
  • 2 pcs Sweet Corn
  • - Peppercorn
  • 100 g Lemon
  • 100 g Pasteurised Butter
  • 250 g Veg Mayonnaise Eggless
  • 200 g Table Salt
  • 500G Madhur Sugar
  • - Red Chilli Powder

Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat your grill or stove-top grill pan to medium-high heat.
  2. 2. Melt the butter cubes in a small saucepan over low heat and keep it warm.
  3. 3. Grill the baby corns on the preheated grill for about 5-7 minutes, turning them occasionally until they are slightly charred and fully cooked.
  4. 4. While the baby corns are grilling, mix the real mayonnaise, whipping cream, and cream cheese in a bowl until smooth and creamy.
  5. 5. Once the baby corns are done, brush them with the melted butter.
  6. 6. Spread the creamy mayonnaise mixture evenly over each baby corn.
