- 100 g Garlic
- 2 pcs Sweet Corn
- - Peppercorn
- 100 g Lemon
- 100 g Pasteurised Butter
- 250 g Veg Mayonnaise Eggless
- 200 g Table Salt
- 500G Madhur Sugar
- - Red Chilli Powder
Instructions
- 1. Preheat your grill or stove-top grill pan to medium-high heat.
- 2. Melt the butter cubes in a small saucepan over low heat and keep it warm.
- 3. Grill the baby corns on the preheated grill for about 5-7 minutes, turning them occasionally until they are slightly charred and fully cooked.
- 4. While the baby corns are grilling, mix the real mayonnaise, whipping cream, and cream cheese in a bowl until smooth and creamy.
- 5. Once the baby corns are done, brush them with the melted butter.
- 6. Spread the creamy mayonnaise mixture evenly over each baby corn.
- 7. Squeeze juice from lemon over the topped baby corns for a tangy touch.
- 8. Crush black peppercorns and garlic cloves and sprinkle them over the baby corns.
