Ingredients
- 25 g Parsley
- 100 g Celery
- 100 g Sambar Onion Peeled
- 35 g Foodie Puppies Freeze Dried Shrimp Snack
- 1 set King Krab Bow & Arrow - Orange
- 500 ml Mother Dairy Full Cream Milk
- 430Ml Hellmanns Mayonnaise Squeeze Real
- 1 pack (1 kg) 921 Everyday Long Grain Rice
- 567 G Freshos Water Chestnuts In Water
- 1 pack (25 g) Snapin Nutmeg Powder
- 1 pc (52 g) On1Y Paprika Powder
- 500 ml American Garden Apple Cider Vinegar
Instructions
- 1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- 2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together 3/4 cup of milk and 1/2 cup of mayonnaise until smooth.
- 3. Cook 2 cups of rice according to package instructions and set aside.
- 4. In a skillet over medium heat, sauté 1 1/2 cups of chopped celery and 1 finely chopped onion until softened, about 5 minutes.
- 5. Add 1 lb of cooked shrimp, 5 oz of sliced water chestnuts, 1/4 tsp of nutmeg, 1 tbsp of apple cider vinegar, and 3 tbsp of chopped parsley to the skillet. Stir and simmer for 3-4 minutes.
- 6. Spread the cooked rice evenly in a 9 x 13-inch casserole dish. Pour the seafood mixture over the rice and spread it out evenly.
- 7. Sprinkle 1/2 tsp of paprika over the top of the casserole.
- 8. Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until the casserole is bubbling and heated through.
- 9. If the casserole appears dry during baking, add a splash of milk to keep it moist.
- 10. Remove from the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes before serving. Enjoy your elegant seafood casserole!
