  • 250 g Cucumber
  • 500 g Capsicum Green
  • 1 kg Bell Peppers
  • 100 g Til
  • - Rice Vinegar
  • 500Ml Habit Toasted Sesame Oil Cold Presses
  • 100 g Hing Khoda
  • 100 g Salt
  • 50 g Black Pepper Powder

Instructions

  1. 1. Prepare the edamame by steaming or boiling them until tender, then set aside to cool.
  2. 2. In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, hing, salt, and black pepper to create the sesame dressing.
  3. 3. Prepare the vegetables by julienning the cucumber, green bell pepper, and red bell pepper into thin strips for easy wrapping.
  4. 4. Fill a shallow plate with warm water and dip one rice paper sheet in it for 5-10 seconds until soft and pliable, then lay it flat on a clean surface.
  5. 5. Place a small amount of edamame, julienned vegetables, and a sprinkle of sesame seeds in the center of the softened rice paper. Add a drizzle of the sesame dressing on top.
  6. 6. Fold the sides of the rice paper over the filling, then roll it tightly to form a wrap. Repeat with the remaining rice paper sheets and fillings.
  7. 7. Arrange the wraps on a serving plate, garnish with chopped coriander leaves if desired, and serve immediately with additional sesame dressing on the side for dipping.
