Ingredients
- 200 g Paneer
- 500 g Onion
- 200 g Dahi
- - Dairy Milk
- 200G Adrak Lasun Paste (200g)
- 250 ml Olive Oil
- 100 g Coriander Leaves
- - Coriander Powder
- 50g Everest Garam Masala
- 100 g Jeera
- 1 Kg Kissan Tomato Puree
- 100 g Red Chili Powder
- 100 g Salt
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
Instructions
- 1. Heat 2 tbsp of cooking oil in a pan over medium heat. Add cumin seeds and let them splutter.
- 2. Add the finely chopped onion and sauté until golden brown, then stir in the ginger-garlic paste and cook for 2 minutes.
- 3. Add the tomato puree, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and coriander powder. Cook until the oil separates from the mixture.
- 4. Lower the heat and mix in the yogurt, stirring continuously to prevent curdling. Cook for 2-3 minutes.
- 5. Add the milk and cubed paneer, gently stirring to coat the paneer in the masala. Simmer on low heat for 10 minutes.
- 6. Sprinkle garam masala and salt, then cover the pan with a lid to allow the flavors to infuse using the 'dum' technique for another 5 minutes.
- 7. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve hot with roti, naan, or steamed rice.
