  • 250 ml Olive Oil
  • 100 g Coriander Leaves

  • 100 g Jeera
  • 1 Kg Kissan Tomato Puree
  • 100 g Red Chili Powder
  • 100 g Salt

Instructions

  1. 1. Heat 2 tbsp of cooking oil in a pan over medium heat. Add cumin seeds and let them splutter.
  2. 2. Add the finely chopped onion and sauté until golden brown, then stir in the ginger-garlic paste and cook for 2 minutes.

  6. 6. Sprinkle garam masala and salt, then cover the pan with a lid to allow the flavors to infuse using the 'dum' technique for another 5 minutes.
  7. 7. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve hot with roti, naan, or steamed rice.
