  • - Dairy Milk
  • 400 g Atta Bread
  • 100 g Coriander Leaves

  • 100 g Jeera
  • 1 Kg Kissan Tomato Puree
  • 100 g Red Chili Powder
  • 100 g Salt

Instructions

  1. 1. Heat 1 tablespoon of butter in a pan and add cumin seeds. Once they splutter, sauté the chopped onion until golden brown.
  2. 2. Add the ginger-garlic paste and cook for another minute, then stir in the tomato puree, red chili powder, turmeric powder, and salt. Cook for 5-7 minutes until the oil separates.
  3. 3. Add garam masala, sugar, and milk to the mixture. Stir well and let it simmer for 2-3 minutes to form a creamy sauce.
  4. 4. Add the paneer cubes to the sauce, gently mix to coat them evenly, and cook for 3-4 minutes. Stir in the fresh cream and chopped coriander leaves. Remove from heat and set aside.
  5. 5. Toast the whole-grain bread slices on a skillet with the remaining butter until golden and crispy on both sides.
  6. 6. To assemble, spoon the hot paneer makhani mixture onto the toasted bread slices, spreading it evenly. Garnish with extra coriander leaves if desired.
  7. 7. Serve immediately while warm for the best taste and texture.
