- 200 g Paneer
- 500 g Onion
- 100 g Unsalted Butter
- - Fresh Cream
- 200G Adrak Lasun Paste (200g)
- 500 g Sugar
- - Dairy Milk
- 400 g Atta Bread
- 100 g Coriander Leaves
- 50g Everest Garam Masala
- 100 g Jeera
- 1 Kg Kissan Tomato Puree
- 100 g Red Chili Powder
- 100 g Salt
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
Instructions
- 1. Heat 1 tablespoon of butter in a pan and add cumin seeds. Once they splutter, sauté the chopped onion until golden brown.
- 2. Add the ginger-garlic paste and cook for another minute, then stir in the tomato puree, red chili powder, turmeric powder, and salt. Cook for 5-7 minutes until the oil separates.
- 3. Add garam masala, sugar, and milk to the mixture. Stir well and let it simmer for 2-3 minutes to form a creamy sauce.
- 4. Add the paneer cubes to the sauce, gently mix to coat them evenly, and cook for 3-4 minutes. Stir in the fresh cream and chopped coriander leaves. Remove from heat and set aside.
- 5. Toast the whole-grain bread slices on a skillet with the remaining butter until golden and crispy on both sides.
- 6. To assemble, spoon the hot paneer makhani mixture onto the toasted bread slices, spreading it evenly. Garnish with extra coriander leaves if desired.
- 7. Serve immediately while warm for the best taste and texture.
