Ingredients

  • 200 g Paneer
  • 250 g Spinach
  • 500 g Onion
  • - Fresh Cream
  • 100G Oleo
  • 200G Adrak Lasun Paste (200g)
  • medium Chilli Green Long
  • 100 g Coriander Leaves
  • - Coriander Powder
  • 50g Everest Garam Masala
  • 100 g Jeera
  • 1 Kg Kissan Tomato Puree
  • 100 g Red Chili Powder
  • 100 g Salt
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder

Instructions

  1. 1. Heat the vegetable oil in a deep pan over medium heat and add the cumin seeds. Let them splutter before adding the finely chopped onion and green chilies. Sauté until the onions turn golden brown.
  2. 2. Add the ginger-garlic paste and cook for 1 minute until aromatic. Stir in the tomato puree and cook for 5-7 minutes, allowing the mixture to thicken.
  3. 3. Add turmeric powder, coriander powder, garam masala, and red chili powder. Mix well and cook for another 2 minutes to let the spices release their flavors.
  4. 4. Add the chopped spinach and cook for 3-4 minutes until wilted. Stir in the paneer cubes, ensuring they are coated with the masala.
  5. 5. Lower the heat and pour in the fresh cream. Simmer gently for 5 minutes to allow the flavors to meld and the gravy to achieve a creamy consistency.
  6. 6. Adjust salt to taste and garnish with freshly chopped coriander leaves. Serve hot with naan, roti, or steamed rice.
