- 200 g Paneer
- 250 g Spinach
- 500 g Onion
- - Fresh Cream
- 100G Oleo
- 200G Adrak Lasun Paste (200g)
- medium Chilli Green Long
- 100 g Coriander Leaves
- - Coriander Powder
- 50g Everest Garam Masala
- 100 g Jeera
- 1 Kg Kissan Tomato Puree
- 100 g Red Chili Powder
- 100 g Salt
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
Instructions
- 1. Heat the vegetable oil in a deep pan over medium heat and add the cumin seeds. Let them splutter before adding the finely chopped onion and green chilies. Sauté until the onions turn golden brown.
- 2. Add the ginger-garlic paste and cook for 1 minute until aromatic. Stir in the tomato puree and cook for 5-7 minutes, allowing the mixture to thicken.
- 3. Add turmeric powder, coriander powder, garam masala, and red chili powder. Mix well and cook for another 2 minutes to let the spices release their flavors.
- 4. Add the chopped spinach and cook for 3-4 minutes until wilted. Stir in the paneer cubes, ensuring they are coated with the masala.
- 5. Lower the heat and pour in the fresh cream. Simmer gently for 5 minutes to allow the flavors to meld and the gravy to achieve a creamy consistency.
- 6. Adjust salt to taste and garnish with freshly chopped coriander leaves. Serve hot with naan, roti, or steamed rice.
