  • 200 G Star Lion Rice Vermicelli
  • - Coconut Oil
  • 500 g Onion
  • 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
  • 250 g Carrot
  • 250 g French Beans
  • 200Ml Kara Coconut Milk Classic (200ml)
  • 100 g Coriander Leaves
  • - Coriander Powder
  • 100 g Curry Leaves
  • 50g Everest Garam Masala
  • - Green Peas
  • 100 g Red Chili Powder
  • 100 g Salt
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder
  • 100 g Yellow Mustard Seeds

Instructions

  1. 1. Cook the rice vermicelli as per package instructions, drain, and set aside.
  2. 2. Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds. Once they splutter, add curry leaves and sauté for a few seconds.
  3. 3. Add the chopped onion and sauté until translucent, then add the tomato and cook until soft.
  4. 4. Stir in the carrot, green beans, and green peas, and cook for 5-7 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
