Ingredients

- 6 pcs White Eggs
- 500 g Onion
- 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
- 200 g Dahi
- 250 ml Olive Oil
- 200G Adrak Lasun Paste (200g)
- - Coriander Powder
- 100 g Coriander Leaves
- 50g Everest Garam Masala
- 100 g Jeera
- 100 g Red Chili Powder
- 100 g Salt
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
Instructions
- 1. Boil the eggs in a pot for 8-10 minutes until hard-boiled, then peel and set aside.
- 2. Heat oil in a deep pan over medium heat and add cumin seeds; let them sizzle for 30 seconds.
- 3. Add finely chopped onions and sauté until golden brown, about 7-8 minutes.
- 4. Stir in ginger-garlic paste and cook for 1-2 minutes until aromatic.
- 5. Add chopped tomatoes, turmeric powder, coriander powder, and red chili powder; cook until the tomatoes soften and the mixture thickens, around 5-6 minutes.
- 6. Add chicken pieces to the pan and coat them well in the masala. Cook for 5 minutes, then pour in yogurt and mix thoroughly.
- 7. Add water, cover the pan, and cook on low heat for 20 minutes until the chicken is tender and fully cooked.
- 8. Gently add the boiled eggs to the masala, sprinkle garam masala, and simmer for 5 minutes to infuse flavors.
- 9. Garnish with chopped cilantro and serve hot in bowls for a wholesome breakfast meal.
