Ingredients

  • - Chicken Breast
  • 6 pcs White Eggs
  • 500 g Onion
  • 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
  • 200 g Dahi
  • 250 ml Olive Oil
  • 200G Adrak Lasun Paste (200g)
  • - Coriander Powder
  • 100 g Coriander Leaves
  • 50g Everest Garam Masala
  • 100 g Jeera
  • 100 g Red Chili Powder
  • 100 g Salt
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder

Instructions

  1. 1. Boil the eggs in a pot for 8-10 minutes until hard-boiled, then peel and set aside.
  2. 2. Heat oil in a deep pan over medium heat and add cumin seeds; let them sizzle for 30 seconds.
  3. 3. Add finely chopped onions and sauté until golden brown, about 7-8 minutes.
  4. 4. Stir in ginger-garlic paste and cook for 1-2 minutes until aromatic.
  5. 5. Add chopped tomatoes, turmeric powder, coriander powder, and red chili powder; cook until the tomatoes soften and the mixture thickens, around 5-6 minutes.
  6. 6. Add chicken pieces to the pan and coat them well in the masala. Cook for 5 minutes, then pour in yogurt and mix thoroughly.
  7. 7. Add water, cover the pan, and cook on low heat for 20 minutes until the chicken is tender and fully cooked.
