Ingredients

  • - Toned Milk
  • 400 g Bread - Sandwich
  • 100 Ml Gowardhan Ghee
  • 100 g Raisins
  • 500G Madhur Sugar
  • Loose Cardamom
  • Pcs Saffron

Instructions

  1. 1. Heat 1/4 cup of ghee in a pan and fry 6 slices of bread until golden brown on both sides. Remove and set aside.
  2. 2. In the same pan, add 1/4 cup of sugar and 1/4 cup of water. Stir and cook on medium heat until the sugar dissolves and the syrup thickens slightly.
  3. 3. Add 1/2 cup of milk, 1/4 cup of condensed milk, and 1/4 tsp of cardamom powder to the sugar syrup. Mix well and bring to a gentle boil.
  4. 4. Cut the fried bread slices into quarters and add them to the milk mixture. Cook for 2-3 minutes until the bread absorbs the liquid.
  5. 5. Remove from heat and let it cool for 5 minutes. Transfer to a serving dish.
  6. 6. Garnish with 2 tbsp of chopped nuts (almonds, pistachios, or cashews) and 1 tbsp of raisins. Serve warm or chilled.
