Ingredients

  • 50 g Honey
  • 100 g Cooking Soda
  • Pcs Egg Loose
  • - Coconut Oil
  • 500 g Sugar
  • 500G Maida (Refined Flour)

Instructions

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine 100 grams of fortune maida (refined flour) with 1 tablespoon of Tata I Shakti cooking soda.
  2. 2. In a separate bowl, whisk together 2 large eggs with 50 grams of Madhur sugar until the mixture is pale and fluffy.
  3. 3. Add 50 grams of Dabur 100% Pure Honey and 1 tablespoon of KPL Shudhi - Coconut Oil to the egg mixture and whisk until well combined.
  4. 4. Gradually sift the dry ingredients (flour and soda) into the wet mixture while stirring gently to form a smooth batter. Let the batter rest for about 15 minutes.
  5. 5. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease it with a small amount of KPL Shudhi - Coconut Oil.
  6. 6. Pour a small ladle of batter onto the skillet to form approximately 3-inch diameter pancakes. Cook until bubbles form on the surface and the edges are slightly dry, about 1-2 minutes.
  7. 7. Flip the pancakes and cook for another 1-2 minutes until golden brown.
  8. 8. Once all the pancakes are cooked, spread your desired filling on one pancake, then cover with another to form a sandwich.
  9. 9. Serve the Dorayaki warm or at room temperature. Enjoy your homemade treat!
