Ingredients
- 200 g Dates
- 100 g Almonds
- 100 g Kaju Kani
- 200 ml Ghee
- 100g Good Life Yellow Kishmish 100 G
- Unsalted Sliced Pistachio (Unsalted) (100g)
- 100 g Coconut Powder (Desicated)
- 20 g Cardamom Powder
Instructions
- 1. Finely chop the seedless dates and keep them aside.
- 2. Roughly chop the almonds, cashews, and pistachios into small pieces for a crunchy texture.
- 3. Heat the ghee in a non-stick pan on low heat and add the chopped nuts. Roast them for 2-3 minutes until aromatic, being careful not to burn them.
- 4. Add the chopped dates, raisins, and cardamom powder to the pan. Stir continuously for another 2-3 minutes until the ingredients combine and form a sticky mixture.
- 5. Remove the mixture from the heat and let it cool slightly until it's safe to handle.
- 6. Once cool, take small portions of the mixture and roll them into bite-sized balls, pressing firmly to shape them.
- 7. Roll the laddoos in desiccated coconut for a decorative and flavorful coating.
- 8. Store the laddoos in an airtight container and refrigerate for up to a week.
