Ingredients

  • 200 g Dates
  • 100 g Almonds
  • 100 g Kaju Kani
  • 200 ml Ghee
  • 100g Good Life Yellow Kishmish 100 G
  • Unsalted Sliced Pistachio (Unsalted) (100g)
  • 100 g Coconut Powder (Desicated)
  • 20 g Cardamom Powder

Instructions

  1. 1. Finely chop the seedless dates and keep them aside.
  2. 2. Roughly chop the almonds, cashews, and pistachios into small pieces for a crunchy texture.
  3. 3. Heat the ghee in a non-stick pan on low heat and add the chopped nuts. Roast them for 2-3 minutes until aromatic, being careful not to burn them.
  4. 4. Add the chopped dates, raisins, and cardamom powder to the pan. Stir continuously for another 2-3 minutes until the ingredients combine and form a sticky mixture.
  5. 5. Remove the mixture from the heat and let it cool slightly until it's safe to handle.
  6. 6. Once cool, take small portions of the mixture and roll them into bite-sized balls, pressing firmly to shape them.
  7. 7. Roll the laddoos in desiccated coconut for a decorative and flavorful coating.
  8. 8. Store the laddoos in an airtight container and refrigerate for up to a week.
