Ingredients

  • 6 pcs White Eggs
  • 500 g Onion
  • 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
  • 200 ml Mustard Oil
  • 100 g Coriander Leaves
  • 50g Everest Garam Masala
  • 50G Green Chilies
  • 100 g Jeera
  • 100 g Red Chili Powder
  • 100 g Salt
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder

Instructions

  1. 1. Heat a tawa or large flat pan over medium heat and add 1 tbsp oil.
  2. 2. Add cumin seeds to the hot oil and let them splutter for a few seconds, then add the finely chopped onion and sauté until golden brown.
  3. 3. Stir in the chopped green chilies and tomato, cooking until the tomato softens and releases its juices.
  4. 4. Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt, mixing well to coat the onion and tomato mixture with the spices.
  5. 5. Add the chicken mince to the pan, breaking it up with a spoon, and cook for 5-7 minutes until the chicken is fully cooked and no longer pink.
  6. 6. In a separate bowl, beat the eggs until fluffy, then pour them into the pan with the cooked chicken.
  7. 7. Stir continuously to scramble the eggs with the chicken mixture until the eggs are fully cooked and form soft curds.
  8. 8. Sprinkle garam masala and chopped coriander leaves over the scramble, mix well, and remove from heat.
