- 6 pcs White Eggs
- 500 g Onion
- 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
- 200 ml Mustard Oil
- 100 g Coriander Leaves
- 50g Everest Garam Masala
- 50G Green Chilies
- 100 g Jeera
- 100 g Red Chili Powder
- 100 g Salt
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
Instructions
- 1. Heat a tawa or large flat pan over medium heat and add 1 tbsp oil.
- 2. Add cumin seeds to the hot oil and let them splutter for a few seconds, then add the finely chopped onion and sauté until golden brown.
- 3. Stir in the chopped green chilies and tomato, cooking until the tomato softens and releases its juices.
- 4. Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt, mixing well to coat the onion and tomato mixture with the spices.
- 5. Add the chicken mince to the pan, breaking it up with a spoon, and cook for 5-7 minutes until the chicken is fully cooked and no longer pink.
- 6. In a separate bowl, beat the eggs until fluffy, then pour them into the pan with the cooked chicken.
- 7. Stir continuously to scramble the eggs with the chicken mixture until the eggs are fully cooked and form soft curds.
- 8. Sprinkle garam masala and chopped coriander leaves over the scramble, mix well, and remove from heat.
- 9. Serve hot with whole-grain flatbreads or enjoy on its own for a protein-packed breakfast.
