- 100 g Curry Leaves
- 200 g Dahi
- 1 kg Basmati Rice
- 1 liter Sunflower Oil
- medium Chilli Green Long
- 100 g Salt
- 100 g Yellow Mustard Seeds
- 50 g Asafoetida Powder
