Ingredients
- 100 g Coriander Leaves
- 400 g Curd
- 200 g Paneer
- 500 g Onion
- - Chilli Green 100 G
- 250 Grms Chana Dal – Besan Wheat Atta 250 Grms
- 1 l Refined Soyabean Oil
- 50 g Black Pepper
- 50 g Cumin Powder
- 50g Everest Garam Masala
- 200 g Table Salt
Instructions
- 1. Take 1 cup of hung curd (strained yogurt) in a mixing bowl. Ensure the curd is thick and free of excess water.
- 2. Add 1/4 cup of crumbled paneer, 1/4 cup of finely chopped onions, 1/4 cup of finely chopped coriander leaves, and 1-2 finely chopped green chilies to the bowl.
- 3. Add 1/2 tsp roasted cumin powder, 1/2 tsp garam masala, 1/4 tsp black pepper powder, and salt to taste. Mix everything gently to form a smooth mixture.
- 4. Add 2 tbsp of roasted gram flour (besan) to the mixture and combine well. This helps bind the kebabs. Adjust the amount of gram flour if the mixture is too wet.
- 5. Grease your hands with a little oil and shape the mixture into small, flat kebabs (approximately 8-10 pieces). Place them on a plate and refrigerate for 20-30 minutes to firm up.
- 6. Heat 2-3 tbsp of oil in a non-stick pan on medium heat. Place the kebabs gently in the pan and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy.
- 7. Remove the kebabs from the pan and place them on a paper towel to absorb excess oil.
- 8. Serve the Dahi Ke Kebabs hot with mint chutney or tamarind chutney.
