- - Malai Paneer
- 400 g Atta Bread
- 500 g Onion
- 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
- 200 ml Mustard Oil
- 100 g Salt
- medium Chilli Green Long
- 100 g Coriander Leaves
- 50g Everest Garam Masala
- 100 g Jeera
- 100 g Red Chili Powder
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
Instructions
- 1. Heat oil or ghee in a pan over medium heat. Add cumin seeds and allow them to sizzle for 30 seconds.
- 2. Add the chopped onion and sauté until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes. Stir in the green chili and cook for another minute.
- 3. Add the chopped tomato, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and a pinch of salt. Cook until the tomatoes soften and the mixture becomes a thick paste, about 5 minutes.
- 4. Add the crumbled paneer and mix well. Cook for 3-4 minutes, allowing the paneer to absorb the spices. Sprinkle garam masala and mix thoroughly.
- 5. Turn off the heat and stir in the chopped coriander leaves. Set the paneer bhurji mixture aside.
- 6. Lightly toast the whole wheat bread slices on a dry skillet until golden and slightly crisp.
- 7. Spread the prepared paneer bhurji evenly over each slice of bread. Roll the slices tightly into wraps.
