Ingredients

  • - Malai Paneer
  • 400 g Atta Bread
  • 500 g Onion
  • 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
  • 200 ml Mustard Oil
  • 100 g Salt
  • medium Chilli Green Long
  • 100 g Coriander Leaves
  • 50g Everest Garam Masala
  • 100 g Jeera
  • 100 g Red Chili Powder
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder

Instructions

  1. 1. Heat oil or ghee in a pan over medium heat. Add cumin seeds and allow them to sizzle for 30 seconds.
  2. 2. Add the chopped onion and sauté until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes. Stir in the green chili and cook for another minute.
  3. 3. Add the chopped tomato, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and a pinch of salt. Cook until the tomatoes soften and the mixture becomes a thick paste, about 5 minutes.
  4. 4. Add the crumbled paneer and mix well. Cook for 3-4 minutes, allowing the paneer to absorb the spices. Sprinkle garam masala and mix thoroughly.
  5. 5. Turn off the heat and stir in the chopped coriander leaves. Set the paneer bhurji mixture aside.
  6. 6. Lightly toast the whole wheat bread slices on a dry skillet until golden and slightly crisp.
  7. 7. Spread the prepared paneer bhurji evenly over each slice of bread. Roll the slices tightly into wraps.
  8. 8. Serve the Curried Paneer Bhurji Toast Wraps warm, optionally with a side of yogurt or chutney for dipping.
