- 12 Taco Shells Salsalito Taco Shells
- 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
- 1 kg Bell Peppers
- 1 pc (approx. 500 g to 800 g) Cabbage
- 100 g Coriander Leaves
- 200 ml Sesame Oil
- 100 g Salt
- - Chaat Masala
- 793 G Sriracha Hot Chilli Sauce
- 350G Veeba Sweet Chilli Sauce (350g)
- 1 Kg Mushroom Shiitake (Approx.1Kg )
- NaN Euro Gold Sliced Black Olives
- - Black Beans Whole-400Gm
- 453 ml Jalapeno Pepper - Sliced
Instructions
- 1. In another pan, heat oil, Sauté the chopped vegetables and salt until slightly softened but still crunchy. Remove from heat.
- 2. In a small bowl, whisk the sauce until smooth. Add a pinch of salt for flavor.
- 3. Assemble the tacos by placing a spoonful of the vegetable filling onto each crispy taco shell. Drizzle with the spiced sauce and garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
