  • 6 pcs White Eggs
  • 1 Kg Sarwarpanko Breadcrumbs
  • 300G Veeba Mint Mayonnaise (300g)
  • 250 ml Lemon Juice Concentrate
  • 200G Adrak Lasun Paste (200g)
  • 50 Grms Garam Masala Handmade Spices 50 Grms
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder
  • - Red Chilli Powder
  • - Coriander Powder
  • 100 g Salt
  • 500 g Refined Flour
  • 50 g Black Pepper
  • 1 liter Sunflower Oil
  • 250g Green Chilli

Instructions

  1. 1. Clean and pat dry the boneless fish fillets. Cut them into bite-sized nuggets, approximately 1.5-inch pieces.
  2. 2. In a bowl, prepare the marinade by mixing ginger-garlic paste, turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, garam masala, lemon juice, and salt. Coat the fish pieces evenly and let them marinate for 10 minutes.
  3. 3. Prepare the breading station: in one bowl, place the all-purpose flour. In another, beat the eggs. In a third bowl, mix breadcrumbs with a pinch of salt and black pepper.
  4. 4. Dip each marinated fish nugget into the flour, then into the egg wash, and finally coat it thoroughly with the breadcrumb mixture. Repeat until all nuggets are coated.
  5. 5. Heat oil in a deep pan or kadai over medium heat. Once hot, fry the breaded fish nuggets in batches until golden brown and crispy, about 4-5 minutes per batch. Drain on paper towels.
  6. 6. To prepare the mint mayo, blend fresh mint leaves, green chili, and lemon juice into a smooth paste. Mix the paste with mayonnaise and season with a pinch of salt.
  7. 7. Serve the crispy fish nuggets hot with the mint mayo on the side for dipping. Garnish with lemon wedges and fresh coriander if desired.
