Ingredients

  • - Malai Paneer
  • - Switz Puff Dough Paratha
  • 500 g Onion
  • 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
  • 200 g Dahi
  • - Fresh Cream
  • 200 ml Mustard Oil
  • 100 g Salt
  • 100 g Coriander Leaves
  • medium Chilli Green Long
  • - Coriander Powder
  • 50g Everest Garam Masala
  • 100 g Jeera
  • 100 g Red Chili Powder
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder

Instructions

  1. 1. Heat oil in a tawa or skillet over medium heat and add cumin seeds. Allow them to splutter.
  2. 2. Add finely chopped onions and sauté until golden brown. Then, add the chopped green chili and tomatoes, cooking until the tomatoes become soft and mushy.
  3. 3. Stir in turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, and garam masala. Cook for 1-2 minutes until the spices are aromatic.
  4. 4. Add the crumbled paneer to the pan and mix well to coat it with the spice mixture. Cook for 3-4 minutes.
  5. 5. Reduce the heat and stir in the yogurt and fresh cream. Cook for another 2 minutes until the mixture becomes creamy. Add salt to taste and garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
  6. 6. Warm the parathas on a separate tawa until they are soft and pliable.
  7. 7. Place a generous amount of the paneer filling onto each paratha, roll tightly, and secure with a toothpick if needed.
  8. 8. Serve the rolls warm with a side of yogurt or chutney of your choice.
