Ingredients
- - Malai Paneer
- - Switz Puff Dough Paratha
- 500 g Onion
- 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
- 200 g Dahi
- - Fresh Cream
- 200 ml Mustard Oil
- 100 g Salt
- 100 g Coriander Leaves
- medium Chilli Green Long
- - Coriander Powder
- 50g Everest Garam Masala
- 100 g Jeera
- 100 g Red Chili Powder
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
Instructions
- 1. Heat oil in a tawa or skillet over medium heat and add cumin seeds. Allow them to splutter.
- 2. Add finely chopped onions and sauté until golden brown. Then, add the chopped green chili and tomatoes, cooking until the tomatoes become soft and mushy.
- 3. Stir in turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, and garam masala. Cook for 1-2 minutes until the spices are aromatic.
- 4. Add the crumbled paneer to the pan and mix well to coat it with the spice mixture. Cook for 3-4 minutes.
- 5. Reduce the heat and stir in the yogurt and fresh cream. Cook for another 2 minutes until the mixture becomes creamy. Add salt to taste and garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
- 6. Warm the parathas on a separate tawa until they are soft and pliable.
- 7. Place a generous amount of the paneer filling onto each paratha, roll tightly, and secure with a toothpick if needed.
- 8. Serve the rolls warm with a side of yogurt or chutney of your choice.
