Ingredients
- 200 g Paneer
- 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
- 500 g Onion
- 100 g Garlic
- loose Ginger
- 200 g Dahi
- - Fresh Cream
- 100G Oleo
- medium Chilli Green Long
- 100 g Coriander Leaves
- - Coriander Powder
- 50g Everest Garam Masala
- 100 g Jeera
- 100 g Red Chili Powder
- 100 g Salt
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
Instructions
- 1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and grease a baking dish lightly with oil.
- 2. Heat vegetable oil in a pan on medium heat. Add cumin seeds and let them splutter.
- 3. Add the chopped onion, garlic, ginger, and green chili. Sauté until the onion turns golden brown.
- 4. Stir in the chopped tomatoes, turmeric powder, coriander powder, and red chili powder. Cook until the tomatoes soften and the oil begins to separate.
- 5. Lower the heat and mix in the yogurt and fresh cream. Stir continuously to avoid curdling, then add salt to taste.
- 6. Add the paneer cubes to the masala and gently mix to coat them evenly. Cook for 3-4 minutes.
- 7. Transfer the paneer mixture to the greased baking dish. Sprinkle garam masala and chopped coriander leaves on top.
- 8. Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes or until the top is slightly golden and the dish is bubbling.
- 9. Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before serving. Serve warm with parathas or toasted bread.
