Ingredients

  • 200 g Paneer
  • 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
  • 500 g Onion
  • 100 g Garlic
  • loose Ginger
  • 200 g Dahi
  • - Fresh Cream
  • 100G Oleo
  • medium Chilli Green Long
  • 100 g Coriander Leaves
  • - Coriander Powder
  • 50g Everest Garam Masala
  • 100 g Jeera
  • 100 g Red Chili Powder
  • 100 g Salt
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder

Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and grease a baking dish lightly with oil.
  2. 2. Heat vegetable oil in a pan on medium heat. Add cumin seeds and let them splutter.
  3. 3. Add the chopped onion, garlic, ginger, and green chili. Sauté until the onion turns golden brown.
  4. 4. Stir in the chopped tomatoes, turmeric powder, coriander powder, and red chili powder. Cook until the tomatoes soften and the oil begins to separate.
  5. 5. Lower the heat and mix in the yogurt and fresh cream. Stir continuously to avoid curdling, then add salt to taste.
  6. 6. Add the paneer cubes to the masala and gently mix to coat them evenly. Cook for 3-4 minutes.
  7. 7. Transfer the paneer mixture to the greased baking dish. Sprinkle garam masala and chopped coriander leaves on top.
  8. 8. Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes or until the top is slightly golden and the dish is bubbling.
