Ingredients
- - Malai Paneer
- 1 kg Bell Peppers
- 500 g Onion
- 100 g Coriander Leaves
- 100 g Lemon
- - Fresh Cream
- 100 g Unsalted Butter
- 50g Everest Garam Masala
- 50G Green Chilies
- - Green Peas
- 100 g Jeera
- 100 g Red Chili Powder
- 100 g Salt
- 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
Instructions
- 1. Heat a tawa or large skillet over medium heat and melt the butter or ghee. Add cumin seeds and let them sizzle for 30 seconds.
- 2. Add the chopped onions and green chilies, sauté until the onions turn golden brown, about 3-4 minutes.
- 3. Stir in the chopped tomatoes, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Cook until the tomatoes soften and the oil begins to separate, about 5-6 minutes.
- 4. Add the mixed bell peppers and green peas, and cook for another 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are tender but still retain a slight crunch.
- 5. Crumble the paneer into the mixture and gently fold it in. Add the cream and stir well to combine, cooking for 2-3 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
- 6. Sprinkle garam masala and chopped coriander leaves over the bhurji, then squeeze in the juice of half a lemon. Mix well and cook for 1 more minute.
- 7. Serve hot with parathas, toasted bread, or as a standalone dish for a hearty breakfast.
