  • - Coriander Powder
  • 100 g Jeera Powder
  • 250 ml Lemon Juice Concentrate
  • 100 g Red Chili Powder
  • 100 g Salt

Instructions

  1. 1. Prepare the marinade by mixing yogurt, tandoori masala, turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, red chili powder, lemon juice, and salt in a bowl.

  4. 4. In the same pan, lightly sauté the bell pepper and onion slices for 2-3 minutes until they soften but remain crunchy.
  5. 5. Spread the leftover yogurt marinade on the tortillas as a base for the wraps.
  6. 6. Assemble the wraps by layering grilled paneer, sautéed vegetables, julienned cucumber, and fresh coriander onto the tortillas.
  7. 7. Roll the tortillas tightly into wraps and serve warm.
