- 200 g Paneer
- 200 g Dahi
- - Tandoori Seasoning 50g
- 250 ml Olive Oil
- 500 g Onion
- 250 g Cucumber
- 100 g Coriander Leaves
- 1 kg Bell Peppers
- - Tortilla Wraps
- - Coriander Powder
- 100 g Jeera Powder
- 250 ml Lemon Juice Concentrate
- 100 g Red Chili Powder
- 100 g Salt
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
Instructions
- 1. Prepare the marinade by mixing yogurt, tandoori masala, turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, red chili powder, lemon juice, and salt in a bowl.
- 2. Add the paneer cubes to the marinade, ensuring they are evenly coated, and let them marinate for 30 minutes.
- 3. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat and grill the marinated paneer cubes until golden brown and slightly crisp on the edges, about 5-7 minutes.
- 4. In the same pan, lightly sauté the bell pepper and onion slices for 2-3 minutes until they soften but remain crunchy.
- 5. Spread the leftover yogurt marinade on the tortillas as a base for the wraps.
