  • 6 pcs White Eggs
  • 500 g Onion
  • 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
  • 200 g Dahi
  • - Tandoori Seasoning 50g
  • 100 g Unsalted Butter
  • 100 g Coriander Leaves
  • 1 pc (approx. 250g-500g) Lettuce Iceberg
  • 250 g Cucumber
  • 100 g Salt
  • medium Chilli Green Long
  • 100 g Jeera
  • 100 g Red Chili Powder
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder

Instructions

  1. 1. Crack the eggs into a bowl, add the turmeric powder and salt, and whisk until well combined.
  2. 2. Heat butter in a pan over medium heat, add cumin seeds, and let them sizzle for 30 seconds. Then add the chopped onion and green chili, and sauté until the onion turns translucent.
  3. 3. Add the chopped tomato, red chili powder, and tandoori masala to the pan, and cook until the tomatoes soften and the spices blend well.
  4. 4. Pour the beaten eggs into the pan and gently scramble them, stirring frequently, until they are just set but still creamy. Remove from heat and stir in the chopped coriander leaves.
