Ingredients
- 200 g Paneer
- 500 g Onion
- 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
- 200Ml Kara Coconut Milk Classic (200ml)
- 200 ml Mustard Oil
- 100 g Salt
- 250g Green Chilli
- 100 g Coriander Leaves
- - Coriander Powder
- 100 g Curry Leaves
- 50g Everest Garam Masala
- 100 g Red Chili Powder
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- 100 g Yellow Mustard Seeds
Instructions
- 1. Heat 2 tbsp of oil in a pan over medium heat. Add mustard seeds and let them splutter, then toss in the curry leaves and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- 2. Add the chopped onions and cook until translucent, about 3-4 minutes. Stir in the tomatoes and cook until they become soft and mushy, about 5-6 minutes.
- 3. Add the turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, and salt. Mix well and cook the spices for 1-2 minutes to enhance the flavor.
- 4. Pour in the coconut milk and mix thoroughly. Cook for 2-3 minutes until the sauce is well combined and slightly thickened.
- 5. Add the paneer cubes and gently stir to coat them with the sauce. Let the paneer simmer in the sauce for 3-4 minutes to absorb the flavors.
- 6. Sprinkle garam masala and add the slit green chili (if using). Mix gently, then turn off the heat.
- 7. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot with dosa, paratha, or rice.
