Ingredients
- 500 g Rava
- 200 ml Ghee
- 500 g Onion
- 250 g Carrot
- 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
- 200Ml Kara Coconut Milk Classic (200ml)
- 100 g Coriander Leaves
- 250 ml Lemon Juice Concentrate
- 250 g French Beans
- 50 g Cumin Powder
- 100 g Curry Leaves
- 50G Green Chilies
- 100 g Salt
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- 100 g Yellow Mustard Seeds
Instructions
- 1. Dry roast the semolina in a pan over medium heat until it becomes aromatic and slightly golden. Set aside.
- 2. Heat ghee in a large pan, add mustard seeds, and let them splutter. Then, add curry leaves and green chilies, sautéing for 30 seconds.
- 3. Add the chopped onion and sauté until translucent. Stir in the carrot, green beans, and tomato, cooking for 3-4 minutes until the vegetables soften slightly.
- 4. Mix in the turmeric powder, cumin powder, and salt. Stir well before adding the roasted semolina.
- 5. Gradually add coconut milk and 200ml of water to the pan, stirring continuously to avoid lumps. Cover and cook for 5-7 minutes on low heat until the semolina absorbs the liquid and reaches a creamy consistency.
- 6. Turn off the heat, stir in the lemon juice, and garnish with fresh coriander leaves. Serve warm.
