Ingredients

  • 500 g Rava
  • 200 ml Ghee
  • 500 g Onion
  • 250 g Carrot
  • 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
  • 200Ml Kara Coconut Milk Classic (200ml)
  • 100 g Coriander Leaves
  • 250 ml Lemon Juice Concentrate
  • 250 g French Beans
  • 50 g Cumin Powder
  • 100 g Curry Leaves
  • 50G Green Chilies
  • 100 g Salt
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder
  • 100 g Yellow Mustard Seeds

Instructions

  1. 1. Dry roast the semolina in a pan over medium heat until it becomes aromatic and slightly golden. Set aside.
  2. 2. Heat ghee in a large pan, add mustard seeds, and let them splutter. Then, add curry leaves and green chilies, sautéing for 30 seconds.
  3. 3. Add the chopped onion and sauté until translucent. Stir in the carrot, green beans, and tomato, cooking for 3-4 minutes until the vegetables soften slightly.
  4. 4. Mix in the turmeric powder, cumin powder, and salt. Stir well before adding the roasted semolina.
  5. 5. Gradually add coconut milk and 200ml of water to the pan, stirring continuously to avoid lumps. Cover and cook for 5-7 minutes on low heat until the semolina absorbs the liquid and reaches a creamy consistency.
  6. 6. Turn off the heat, stir in the lemon juice, and garnish with fresh coriander leaves. Serve warm.
