Ingredients
- 400 g Atta Bread
- 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
- 500 g Onion
- - Fresh Cream
- 200G Adrak Lasun Paste (200g)
- 200 ml Mustard Oil
- 200 g Paneer
- 100 g Coriander Leaves
- 50g Everest Garam Masala
- 50G Green Chilies
- 100 g Jeera
- 100 g Red Chili Powder
- 100 g Salt
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
Instructions
- 1. Heat oil or ghee in a pan over medium heat. Add cumin seeds and let them splutter.
- 2. Add the chopped onions and sauté until golden brown. Stir in the ginger-garlic paste and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
- 3. Add the chopped tomatoes and green chilies. Cook for 5-7 minutes until the tomatoes are soft and the mixture forms a thick paste.
- 4. Stir in turmeric powder, red chili powder, garam masala, and salt. Mix well and cook for another 2 minutes.
- 5. Add the paneer cubes and gently toss them in the masala to coat evenly. Lower the heat and cook for 2-3 minutes.
- 6. Stir in the fresh cream and mix gently until the masala becomes creamy. Remove from heat and garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
- 7. Lightly toast the whole wheat bread slices until golden and crisp.
- 8. Spread the prepared paneer masala generously over each toasted bread slice. Optionally, sprinkle grated cheese on top.
- 9. Serve warm with a side of green chutney or ketchup for dipping.
