Ingredients

  • 400 g Atta Bread
  • 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
  • 500 g Onion
  • - Fresh Cream
  • 200G Adrak Lasun Paste (200g)
  • 200 ml Mustard Oil
  • 200 g Paneer
  • 100 g Coriander Leaves
  • 50g Everest Garam Masala
  • 50G Green Chilies
  • 100 g Jeera
  • 100 g Red Chili Powder
  • 100 g Salt
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder

Instructions

  1. 1. Heat oil or ghee in a pan over medium heat. Add cumin seeds and let them splutter.
  2. 2. Add the chopped onions and sauté until golden brown. Stir in the ginger-garlic paste and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. 3. Add the chopped tomatoes and green chilies. Cook for 5-7 minutes until the tomatoes are soft and the mixture forms a thick paste.
  4. 4. Stir in turmeric powder, red chili powder, garam masala, and salt. Mix well and cook for another 2 minutes.
  5. 5. Add the paneer cubes and gently toss them in the masala to coat evenly. Lower the heat and cook for 2-3 minutes.
  6. 6. Stir in the fresh cream and mix gently until the masala becomes creamy. Remove from heat and garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
  7. 7. Lightly toast the whole wheat bread slices until golden and crisp.
  8. 8. Spread the prepared paneer masala generously over each toasted bread slice. Optionally, sprinkle grated cheese on top.
  9. 9. Serve warm with a side of green chutney or ketchup for dipping.
