- - Malai Paneer
- 500 g Onion
- 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
- - Fresh Cream
- 250 ml Olive Oil
- 500 g Capsicum Green
- 100 g Coriander Leaves
- - Coriander Powder
- 50g Everest Garam Masala
- 50G Green Chilies
- - Green Peas
- 100 g Jeera
- 100 g Red Chili Powder
- 100 g Salt
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
Instructions
- 1. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat and add cumin seeds. Allow them to crackle for about 30 seconds.
- 2. Add chopped onions and sauté until golden brown, about 5-6 minutes.
- 3. Stir in the chopped green chilies and bell pepper, and cook for another 3-4 minutes until softened.
- 4. Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, and garam masala, and sauté for a minute to toast the spices.
- 5. Add the chopped tomatoes and cook until the mixture turns into a thick masala paste, about 7-8 minutes.
- 6. Stir in the boiled peas and crumbled paneer, mixing well to coat everything in the masala.
- 7. Add fresh cream and salt to taste, and cook for another 2-3 minutes to achieve a creamy consistency.
- 8. Turn off the heat and garnish with fresh coriander leaves before serving.
