  • 500 g Onion
  • 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
  • - Fresh Cream
  • 250 ml Olive Oil
  • 500 g Capsicum Green
  • 100 g Coriander Leaves
  • - Coriander Powder
  • 50g Everest Garam Masala
  • 50G Green Chilies
  • - Green Peas
  • 100 g Jeera
  • 100 g Red Chili Powder
  • 100 g Salt
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder

Instructions

  1. 1. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat and add cumin seeds. Allow them to crackle for about 30 seconds.
  2. 2. Add chopped onions and sauté until golden brown, about 5-6 minutes.
  3. 3. Stir in the chopped green chilies and bell pepper, and cook for another 3-4 minutes until softened.
  4. 4. Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, and garam masala, and sauté for a minute to toast the spices.
  5. 5. Add the chopped tomatoes and cook until the mixture turns into a thick masala paste, about 7-8 minutes.
