- 500Ml Gaia Extra Virgin Olive Oil (500ml)
- 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
- 250 ml Fresh Cream
- 60G Primi Piatti Red Chilli Flakes
- - Italian Seasoning - 50g
- 100 g Garlic
- 500 g Onion
- 200 g Cheese - Pizza
- 100 g Salt
- 50 g Black Pepper Powder
Instructions
- 1. Boil 3 liters of water in a large pot. Add 1 teaspoon of salt and 1 tablespoon of oil. Once boiling, add the pasta and cook until al dente (8-10 minutes). Drain and set aside.
- 2. Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add chopped garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes. Add chopped onions and cook until translucent, about 3-4 minutes.
- 3. Add chopped tomatoes to the pan and cook until soft, about 5 minutes. Stir in salt, black pepper, red chili flakes, and Italian seasoning. Cook for another 2 minutes to let the spices blend.
- 4. Reduce the heat and add tomato puree and fresh cream to the pan. Stir well and let it simmer for 5 minutes to create a creamy pink sauce.
- 5. Add boiled pasta to the sauce, along with grated cheese. Toss everything together to coat the pasta evenly in the sauce. Cook for 2-3 minutes while stirring gently.
- 6. Garnish with fresh basil leaves and additional grated cheese if desired. Serve hot and enjoy your Creamy Pink Sauce Pasta with a side of garlic bread or salad.
