Ingredients

  • 250 g Mutton
  • 500 g Onion
  • 200 g Dahi
  • 1 Kg Kissan Tomato Puree
  • 200 ml Ghee
  • 200G Adrak Lasun Paste (200g)
  • 400 g Atta Bread
  • - Fresh Cream
  • 100 g Coriander Leaves
  • - Coriander Powder
  • 50g Everest Garam Masala
  • 100 g Jeera
  • 100 g Red Chili Powder
  • 100 g Salt
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder

Instructions

  1. 1. Heat 2 tbsp ghee in a pan over medium heat, add cumin seeds, and sauté until aromatic. Add finely chopped onions and fry until golden brown.
  2. 2. Stir in ginger-garlic paste and cook for 2 minutes. Add tomato puree, turmeric powder, coriander powder, red chili powder, and salt. Cook until the mixture thickens and the oil separates.
  3. 3. Add the mutton cubes to the pan, mix well to coat with the spices, and cook for 10 minutes. Reduce the heat, cover, and let it simmer for 20 minutes or until the mutton is tender.
  4. 4. Whisk yogurt and fresh cream together, then stir into the mutton mixture. Let it simmer for 5 minutes. Sprinkle garam masala and chopped cilantro, and mix well.
