Ingredients
- 200 g Paneer
- 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
- - Green Peas
- 300 g Ginger Paste
- - Low Fat Dahi (Pouch)
- 250 ml Olive Oil
- 50 g Black Pepper Powder
- 500 g Capsicum Green
- 100 g Coriander Leaves
- 50g Everest Garam Masala
- 50G Green Chilies
- 100 g Jeera
- 100 g Red Chili Powder
- 100 g Salt
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
Instructions
- 1. Heat olive oil in a tawa or large frying pan over medium heat. Add cumin seeds and let them sizzle for 30 seconds.
- 2. Add ginger paste and green chilies, sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
- 3. Stir in the chopped tomatoes, turmeric powder, and red chili powder. Cook for 3-4 minutes until the tomatoes turn soft and mushy.
- 4. Add the capsicum and boiled green peas to the pan. Sauté for 2-3 minutes until the vegetables are slightly tender but still retain their crunch.
- 5. Lower the heat and add the crumbled paneer, garam masala, salt, and black pepper. Mix well to coat the paneer with the spices and vegetables.
- 6. Stir in the low-fat yogurt for a creamy consistency and cook for another 2-3 minutes, ensuring all the ingredients are well combined.
