  • 100G Oleo
  • 500 g Onion
  • - Fresh Cream
  • 100 g Garlic
  • 300 g Ginger Paste
  • 500 g Capsicum Green
  • 100 g Coriander Leaves
  • 50g Everest Garam Masala
  • - Green Peas
  • 100 g Jeera
  • 1 Kg Kissan Tomato Puree
  • 100 g Red Chili Powder
  • 100 g Salt
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder

Instructions

  1. 1. Heat ghee and vegetable oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add cumin seeds and let them sizzle for 30 seconds.
  2. 2. Add finely chopped onions and sauté until golden brown, about 5-7 minutes. Stir in garlic and ginger paste and cook for 1 minute.
  3. 3. Add pureed tomatoes, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and garam masala. Cook the mixture until the oil separates, approximately 8-10 minutes.
  4. 4. Stir in the green peas and chopped bell pepper. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the vegetables are tender but still crisp.
  5. 5. Add cubed paneer and gently mix to coat it in the masala. Cook for 3-4 minutes to heat the paneer through.
  6. 6. Lower the heat, pour in the fresh cream, and stir well to create a creamy sauce. Adjust salt to taste.
  7. 7. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot. Pair with parathas or enjoy as is for a wholesome breakfast.
