Ingredients
- 200 g Paneer
- 200 ml Ghee
- 100G Oleo
- 500 g Onion
- - Fresh Cream
- 100 g Garlic
- 300 g Ginger Paste
- 500 g Capsicum Green
- 100 g Coriander Leaves
- 50g Everest Garam Masala
- - Green Peas
- 100 g Jeera
- 1 Kg Kissan Tomato Puree
- 100 g Red Chili Powder
- 100 g Salt
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
Instructions
- 1. Heat ghee and vegetable oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add cumin seeds and let them sizzle for 30 seconds.
- 2. Add finely chopped onions and sauté until golden brown, about 5-7 minutes. Stir in garlic and ginger paste and cook for 1 minute.
- 3. Add pureed tomatoes, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and garam masala. Cook the mixture until the oil separates, approximately 8-10 minutes.
- 4. Stir in the green peas and chopped bell pepper. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the vegetables are tender but still crisp.
- 5. Add cubed paneer and gently mix to coat it in the masala. Cook for 3-4 minutes to heat the paneer through.
- 6. Lower the heat, pour in the fresh cream, and stir well to create a creamy sauce. Adjust salt to taste.
- 7. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot. Pair with parathas or enjoy as is for a wholesome breakfast.
