Ingredients
- 200 g Paneer
- 500 g Onion
- 200 g Dahi
- - Fresh Cream
- 200G Adrak Lasun Paste (200g)
- 100G Oleo
- 100 g Unsalted Butter
- medium Chilli Green Long
- - Coriander Powder
- 50g Everest Garam Masala
- 100 g Jeera
- 1 Kg Kissan Tomato Puree
- 100 g Red Chili Powder
- 100 g Salt
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- 100 g Coriander Leaves
Instructions
- 1. Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat and add cumin seeds. Once they splutter, add the chopped onions and sauté until golden brown.
- 2. Add the ginger-garlic paste and green chilies, cooking for 1-2 minutes until the raw aroma disappears.
- 3. Stir in the tomato puree and cook for 8-10 minutes until the oil separates from the masala.
- 4. Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, and salt. Mix well and cook for another 2 minutes.
- 5. Lower the heat and whisk in the yogurt gradually, ensuring it doesn’t curdle. Cook for 3-4 minutes, stirring continuously.
- 6. Add the paneer cubes and gently mix to coat them in the gravy. Cover the pan and let it simmer for 5 minutes on low heat.
- 7. Stir in the fresh cream and garam masala, cooking for an additional 2-3 minutes. Finish with a dollop of butter.
- 8. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot with parathas or steamed rice.
