- 200 g Paneer
- 250 g Carrot
- 250 g French Beans
- - Frozen Peas
- 500 g Onion
- - Dairy Milk
- 50 g Black Pepper Powder
- - Fresh Cream
- - Coriander Powder
- 50g Everest Garam Masala
- 200 ml Ghee
- 100 g Jeera
- 100 g Salt
- 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
- 20 g Turmeric Powder

- 1. Heat 2 tablespoons of ghee in a large pan over medium heat and add cumin seeds. Let them sizzle for 30 seconds.
- 2. Add the chopped onion and sauté until golden brown, about 5 minutes. Then, stir in the turmeric and coriander powder.
- 3. Add the tomatoes and cook until they soften and form a thick base, approximately 5 minutes.
- 4. Add the carrots, green beans, and peas to the pan. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally to coat the vegetables with the spices.
- 5. Pour in the milk and bring the mixture to a gentle simmer. Add paneer cubes and mix carefully to prevent breaking.
