  • - Fresh Cream
  • 200G Adrak Lasun Paste (200g)
  • - Mint Leaf
  • - Switz Puff Dough Paratha
  • 250 g Cucumber
  • 250 g Carrot
  • - Olive Oil
  • - Coriander Powder
  • 50g Everest Garam Masala
  • 100 g Jeera Powder
  • 250 ml Lemon Juice Concentrate
  • 100 g Red Chili Powder
  • 100 g Salt

Instructions

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine yogurt, fresh cream, ginger-garlic paste, cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala, red chili powder, lemon juice, and salt to make the marinade.
  2. 2. Add the chicken cubes to the marinade, mix well to coat evenly, and let it rest for at least 30 minutes or up to 2 hours for better flavor.
  3. 3. Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a grill pan over medium heat. Grill the marinated chicken pieces for 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally, until they are cooked through and slightly charred.
  4. 4. In a small bowl, mix the chopped mint leaves with a pinch of salt and set aside as a garnish for the wrap.
  5. 5. Warm the flatbreads on a skillet for about 1 minute on each side, keeping them soft and pliable.
  6. 6. Assemble the wrap by placing a few grilled chicken pieces on each flatbread, followed by a generous layer of cucumber, carrot, and onion slices. Sprinkle with the prepared mint garnish.
  7. 7. Roll the flatbread tightly around the filling and serve immediately for a delicious and protein-packed breakfast.
