- 200 g Dahi
- - Fresh Cream
- 200G Adrak Lasun Paste (200g)
- - Mint Leaf
- - Switz Puff Dough Paratha
- 250 g Cucumber
- 250 g Carrot
- - Olive Oil
- - Coriander Powder
- 50g Everest Garam Masala
- 100 g Jeera Powder
- 250 ml Lemon Juice Concentrate
- 100 g Red Chili Powder
- 100 g Salt
Instructions
- 1. In a mixing bowl, combine yogurt, fresh cream, ginger-garlic paste, cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala, red chili powder, lemon juice, and salt to make the marinade.
- 2. Add the chicken cubes to the marinade, mix well to coat evenly, and let it rest for at least 30 minutes or up to 2 hours for better flavor.
- 3. Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a grill pan over medium heat. Grill the marinated chicken pieces for 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally, until they are cooked through and slightly charred.
- 4. In a small bowl, mix the chopped mint leaves with a pinch of salt and set aside as a garnish for the wrap.
- 5. Warm the flatbreads on a skillet for about 1 minute on each side, keeping them soft and pliable.
