  • 100 g Garlic
  • loose Ginger
  • 200 g Dahi
  • - Fresh Cream
  • 100G Oleo
  • 200 ml Ghee
  • - Coriander Powder
  • 100 g Coriander Leaves
  • 50g Everest Garam Masala
  • 100 g Jeera Powder
  • 1 Kg Kissan Tomato Puree
  • 100 g Red Chili Powder
  • 100 g Salt
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder

Instructions

  1. 1. Heat 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add the finely sliced onions and sauté until golden brown, about 8-10 minutes.
  2. 2. Add the minced garlic and grated ginger to the pan, and cook for 2 minutes until fragrant.
  3. 3. Stir in the pureed tomatoes and cook for 5-7 minutes until the mixture thickens and the oil separates from the sides.
  4. 4. Add the coriander powder, cumin powder, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Mix well and let the spices cook for 2 minutes.
  5. 5. Add the chicken thighs to the pan, stirring to coat them evenly with the spice mixture. Cook for 5 minutes until the chicken starts to brown slightly.
  6. 6. Lower the heat and add the yogurt gradually, stirring constantly to prevent curdling. Cover and let the chicken simmer for 15 minutes.
  7. 7. Stir in the cashew paste and fresh cream, and cook for another 5-7 minutes until the gravy is rich and creamy.
  8. 8. Finish with garam masala and a tablespoon of ghee, mixing well. Simmer for 2 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.
  9. 9. Garnish with fresh cilantro leaves and serve hot with naan or basmati rice.
