Ingredients

  • 500 g Chicken Whole
  • 1 Kg Idly/Dosa Batter
  • 500 g Onion
  • 200 g Dahi
  • 200G Adrak Lasun Paste (200g)
  • 100 g Jeera
  • 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
  • 250 ml Olive Oil
  • medium Chilli Green Long
  • 100 g Coriander Leaves
  • - Coriander Powder
  • 50g Everest Garam Masala
  • 100 g Red Chili Powder
  • 100 g Salt
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder

Instructions

  1. 1. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a pan over medium heat, add cumin seeds, and let them splutter. Add chopped onions and sauté until golden brown, about 6-8 minutes.
  2. 2. Stir in the ginger-garlic paste and cook for 1 minute. Add the chopped tomatoes and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
  3. 3. Add turmeric powder, coriander powder, red chili powder, and green chili. Stir well and cook for 2 minutes.
  4. 4. Add the minced chicken, breaking it into small pieces with a spatula. Cook until the chicken turns white, about 5 minutes.
  5. 5. Lower the heat and mix in the yogurt. Allow the keema to simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Finish with garam masala and salt, and garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
  6. 6. Heat a dosa pan or flat skillet, lightly grease it with remaining oil, and pour a ladle of dosa batter. Spread the batter thinly and evenly to create a crispy dosa.
