- 50g Everest Garam Masala

- 100 g Coriander Leaves
- 200 g Dahi
- 100 g Jeera Powder
- 1 Kg Sarwarpanko Breadcrumbs
- 250 ml Olive Oil
- 100 g Red Chili Powder
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- 100 g Salt
- 200 ml Ghee
- 100 g Hing Khoda
- 1 kg Beef Boneless
- 100 g Yellow Mustard Seeds
Instructions
- 1. Clean the beef and grind them thoroughly into a chunky paste.
- 2. In a mixing bowl, combine the beef, breadcrumbs, cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and chopped cilantro. Mix well to form a dough-like consistency.
- 3. Shape the mixture into small oval loaves and place them on a greased baking sheet. Bake at 180°C (356°F) for 20 minutes or until firm and lightly browned.
- 4. For the gravy, heat ghee in a pan and add mustard seeds. Once they splutter, add hing and stir briefly. Lower the heat, add yogurt, garam masala, sugar, and salt, whisking until smooth. Simmer for 5 minutes.
- 5. Toss the parsnip wedges with olive oil, garam masala, and a pinch of salt. Roast in the oven at 200°C (392°F) for 25 minutes, turning halfway, until golden brown and tender.
