- 200 g Paneer
- - Rice Flour
- 500 g Jaggery
- 500 g Jaggery Powder
- 100 g Baking Powder
- 20 g Cardamom Powder
- 100 g Salt
- - Toned Milk
- 500 g Refined Flour
- 450 G Sarwar Corn Kernels Indian
Instructions
- 1. In a mixing bowl, combine crumbled paneer, mashed sweet corn, all-purpose flour, rice flour, jaggery powder, cardamom powder, baking powder, and salt.
- 2. Gradually add milk to the mixture and whisk until a smooth pancake batter is formed. Ensure the batter is thick yet pourable.
- 3. Heat a non-stick pan on medium heat and lightly grease it with ghee.
- 4. Pour a ladleful of batter onto the pan and spread it gently into a small round shape. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown and fully cooked.
- 5. Repeat the process with the remaining batter, greasing the pan as needed, to make more pancakes.
