  • 100 g Coriander Leaves
  • 200 ml Coconut Milk
  • 500 g Onion
  • - Shrimps
  • - Bell Peppers
  • - Baby Tomatoes
  • 50G Green Chilies
  • 200 g Table Salt
  • 500 g Sugar
  • 100 g Black Pepper Powder
  • - Red Chilli Powder

Instructions

  1. 1. Start by cleaning and deveining the shrimps; set them aside.
  2. 2. Chop bell peppers, green chilies, coriander leaves, garlic, onions, spring onion, and tomatoes into small pieces for easy cooking.
  3. 3. Heat 2 tablespoons of KPL Shudhi coconut oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  4. 4. Add chopped garlic and onions; sauté until onions turn translucent.
  5. 5. Stir in the chopped green chilies and tomatoes; cook for about 5 minutes until tomatoes soften.
  6. 6. Add the shrimps, bell peppers, and spring onion to the pot; cook for another 5 minutes until the shrimps turn pink.
  7. 7. Pour in 200 ml of Dabur Hommade coconut milk and stir well to combine all ingredients.
