  • 500 ml Conscious Food Cold Pressed Coconut Oil
  • 5 kg Whole Farm Grocery Sugar (5 Kg)
  • 45 g On1Y Cinnamon Powder
  • 1 pack (1 kg) Annapurna Iodized Crystal Salt | Kal Uppu

Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
  2. 2. Place 2 1/2 cups of puffed rice in a 13 x 9-inch baking pan, spreading it out evenly.
  3. 3. In a small saucepan, melt 1/3 cup of coconut oil over low heat. Add 1/4 cup of sugar, 3/4 teaspoon of ground cinnamon, and a pinch of salt. Stir continuously until the sugar dissolves completely, but do not let the mixture boil.
  4. 4. Pour the melted coconut oil mixture evenly over the puffed rice. Use a spatula or spoon to gently toss and coat the puffed rice thoroughly.
  5. 5. Place the baking pan in the preheated oven and bake for 15 minutes, stirring the puffed rice halfway through to ensure even coating.
