- 1 pack (100 g) Popular Essentials Puffed Rice Plain
- 500 ml Conscious Food Cold Pressed Coconut Oil
- 5 kg Whole Farm Grocery Sugar (5 Kg)
- 45 g On1Y Cinnamon Powder
- 1 pack (1 kg) Annapurna Iodized Crystal Salt | Kal Uppu
Instructions
- 1. Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
- 2. Place 2 1/2 cups of puffed rice in a 13 x 9-inch baking pan, spreading it out evenly.
- 3. In a small saucepan, melt 1/3 cup of coconut oil over low heat. Add 1/4 cup of sugar, 3/4 teaspoon of ground cinnamon, and a pinch of salt. Stir continuously until the sugar dissolves completely, but do not let the mixture boil.
- 4. Pour the melted coconut oil mixture evenly over the puffed rice. Use a spatula or spoon to gently toss and coat the puffed rice thoroughly.
- 5. Place the baking pan in the preheated oven and bake for 15 minutes, stirring the puffed rice halfway through to ensure even coating.
