  • 500 g Onion
  • - Bell Peppers
  • - Hakka Noodles Veg
  • 1 pc (approx. 500 g to 800 g) Cabbage
  • 1 l Refined Soyabean Oil
  • - Green Chilli Sauce
  • 500 g Sugar

Instructions

  1. 1. Start by boiling water in a large pot. Add the desi hakka noodles and cook until they are soft, then drain and set them aside.
  2. 2. Wash and cut all the vegetables: shred the cabbage, slice the capsicum, chop the onion, and finely chop the spring onion greens. Mince the garlic and ginger.
  3. 3. Heat 2 tablespoons of sunny soya fit refined soyabean oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and ginger, stirring until fragrant.
  4. 4. Add the chopped onion to the pan and sauté until translucent.
  5. 5. Increase the heat to high and add the shredded cabbage and sliced capsicum. Stir-fry the vegetables quickly for about 2-3 minutes to retain their crunch.
  6. 6. Add the cooked noodles to the pan, stirring gently to combine with the vegetables.
  7. 7. In a small bowl, combine 2 tablespoons of del monte brewed vinegar, 2 tablespoons of green chilli sauce, 2 tablespoons of weikfield red chilli sauce, and 2 tablespoons of kissan fresh tomato ketchup. Add a pinch of madhur sugar to balance the flavors.
  8. 8. Pour the sauce over the noodles and vegetables in the pan. Toss everything together, ensuring the noodles are evenly coated with the sauce.
  9. 9. Finally, sprinkle the chopped spring onion greens over the top and serve your chowmein hot.
