  • 300 g Ginger Paste
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder
  • Loose Cardamom

Instructions

  1. 1. Heat a large pan over medium heat and add 2 tablespoons of Mother Dairy Cow Ghee.

  3. 3. Add 1 tablespoon of Mother’s Recipe Ginger Paste to the pan and sauté for another minute.
  4. 4. Add 200 grams of Good Life Roasted Chana Dal to the pan and stir well to coat the dal in the spiced ghee mixture.

  7. 7. Season the dal with Iodised Salt to taste and 1 teaspoon of Yours Rajwadi Garam Masala Powder.
  8. 8. Stir in 2 tablespoons of Coconut Powder to add richness and depth to the dal.

  10. 10. Garnish the cooked Cholar Dal with freshly chopped coriander leaves and serve hot with your choice of rice or bread.
