Ingredients
- 6 pcs White Eggs
- 125g Amul Chocolate 99% Cacao 125g
- - Toned Milk
- 100 g Unsalted Butter
- 200 g Table Salt
- 500 g Wheat Flour / Maida
- 500 g Sugar
Instructions
- 1.Take a small cup and add ½ tablespoon of fresh yeast and add ½ tablespoon of sugar
- and 2 tablespoons of warm water and mix it well and keep it aside for 5 minutes.
- 2.In another bowl add 2 cups of all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1 tablespoon of milk powder
- 1 ½ tablespoon of castor sugar and mix well after that add the yeast mixture and knead it nicely with your hands.
- 3.Cover it and refrigerate it for 15-20 minutes and on the other side take a piece of parchment paper and add 80 gms of butter on it and cover it nicely.

- 7.Now finally roll the chilled dough into a very thin shape and cut out the remaining part.
- 8.Cut the thin rolled dough into a triangular shape from all over and then taking one triangular piece

- 9.Place all the croissants in the tray and give it an egg wash gradually and then keep it aside for 15-20 minutes and after that bake it in the oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 12 minutes.
