  • 200 g Chocolate Choco Chips
  • 100 g Cooking Soda
  • - Toned Milk
  • 100 g Almonds
  • Pcs Essence Vanilla
  • - Butter
  • Pcs Egg Loose
  • 500 g Wheat Flour / Maida
  • 50 g Cocoa Powder
  • 100 g Baking Powder
  • 500 g Sugar

Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. 2. In a large bowl, whisk together 500g of samrat refined mp wheat flour, 50g of happychef cocoa powder, a teaspoon of weikfield baking powder, and a pinch of tata i shakti cooking soda.
  3. 3. In another bowl, combine 200g of christopher dark chocolate choco chips, 100g of madhur sugar, and a tablespoon of sunny soya fit refined soybean oil. Mix well.
  4. 4. Gradually add this wet mixture to the dry ingredients, along with a tablespoon of vinegar and enough Amul toned milk to form a dough that holds together but is not sticky.
  5. 5. Chop 50g of tasties hazelnuts and gently fold them into the dough.
  6. 6. Divide the dough in half and shape each half into a log about 12 inches long and 2 inches wide. Place the logs on the prepared baking sheet.
  7. 7. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, until firm to the touch.
  8. 8. Remove from the oven and allow to cool slightly. Reduce the oven temperature to 300°F (150°C).
  9. 9. Once slightly cooled, cut the logs diagonally into 1/2 inch thick slices.
  10. 10. Place the slices cut side down back onto the baking sheet and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until lightly toasted.
